This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build, lead, and oversee a team of enterprise account managers, providing guidance, performance management, and continuous coaching to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with the account management team to develop customized strategic account plans for eMoney's most significant and complex clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and long-term objectives.
• Spearhead the execution of quarterly business reviews and manage the negotiation of high-value, multi-year renewals, ensuring that the terms enhance the value eMoney provides while maintaining robust customer relationships.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer retention through proactive relationship management, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and promoting the adoption of new eMoney products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, facilitate product feedback, and ensure solutions meet customer requirements. Generate ideas for introducing new products and services aimed at increasing client retention and growth.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to account management, customer satisfaction—including net promoter score—and revenue growth to guide strategy and decision-making. Ensure consistent accuracy in forecasting.
• Regularly update senior leadership on team performance, customer feedback, renewal status, and the health of key accounts.
• Accountable for the overall success of the team in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and retention targets while fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
• Compensation will be directly tied to the team's success in achieving revenue goals, quota attainment, and customer retention.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management leadership, sales, or customer success within B2B SaaS, preferably with at least 5 years in the financial services industry.
• A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A proven history of surpassing assigned quotas and leading and inspiring teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and developing future leaders.
• Periodic travel throughout the United States is required for this position.
• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong relationships at the executive level.
• Proven experience in owning or significantly influencing multi-year enterprise renewals and expansion deals.
