VP, Digital Transformation Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the SVP of Digital Transformation to oversee and implement enterprise digital transformation projects across various business units.

• Create, manage, and ensure compliance with SOX documentation, process controls, and governance standards for Digital Transformation projects and operational procedures.

• Track project progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize a risk-based approach for project oversight, reporting, and operational processes, identifying and escalating potential issues as needed.

• Act as the main point of contact between the Digital Transformation Group and business units to ensure clear communication, alignment, and effective execution of priorities.

• Work collaboratively across functions to assess current processes, pinpoint operational inefficiencies, and propose scalable enhancements.

• Create executive-level dashboards, reports, and analytics to facilitate decision-making at the departmental, executive, and Board levels.

• Aid in the organization's transition from Tableau to Power BI, including the migration of reports, optimization efforts, and enhancement initiatives.

• Discover opportunities to improve reporting transparency, business intelligence, and analytical capabilities to support strategic initiatives and performance evaluation.

• Collaborate closely with reporting and data environments to meet enterprise analytics and reporting requirements.

• Participate in projects involving AI, automation, and advanced analytics tools to boost operational efficiency and business insights.

• Foster accountability across initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

• Effectively manage multiple priorities while demonstrating outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and quality standards.

• Adapt swiftly to changing priorities and evolving business and regulatory demands.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of combined experience in data analysis, business process analysis, operations, project coordination, reporting, or related fields.

• Experience in developing and maintaining SOX-compliant documentation, process controls, or governance frameworks is preferred.

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, business process analysis, and cross-functional program coordination.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven capacity to interface effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.
