VP, Digital Product, Ecommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision and standards for Seed's digital presence across both web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to drive the product roadmap.

• Manage the A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.

• Advocate for site performance, accessibility, and speed enhancements.

• Oversee the architecture for discounts and incentives, subscription mechanics, and upsell strategies.

• Lead on-site merchandising efforts.

• Work alongside Product Marketing to navigate pricing strategies.

• Convert audience segmentation into tailored digital experiences.

• Handle the digital execution for all product launches.

• Act as the primary digital product representative across DTC, pricing, channel, and commercial planning.

• Ensure alignment among Engineering, Design, Creative, and Performance teams.

• Develop a high-performing team that operates with increasing autonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in digital product management and ecommerce.

• Extensive knowledge in DTC, conversion optimization, or large-scale subscription businesses.

• Proven ability to define product strategy amidst ambiguity.

• Lead cross-functional teams by establishing strategic direction.

• Link experience decisions to tangible business outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills — proficient in CVR modeling, cohort analysis, and experiment design.

• Ability to operate with urgency and sound judgment.

• High standards for craftsmanship and brand representation.

• Effective and structured communication skills.

• Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or premium consumer brands; familiarity with Shopify or subscription platforms; exposure to personalization systems or agentic commerce.
