This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel growth through client-oriented solution development, pre-sales assistance, and technical delivery leadership within the Consumer Business Unit.

• Assist clients across the Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Consumer Goods sectors.

• Drive pipeline expansion, facilitate and secure complex data opportunities, and ensure exceptional delivery execution.

• Engage directly in new business initiatives and client interactions, collaborating with clients to create tailored solutions.

• Convert business requirements into credible and actionable architectures.

• Guide teams in the implementation of these solutions.

• Interact directly with client stakeholders and data teams to build trusted relationships.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in data engineering, analytics, cloud, and AI to ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with Bounteous capabilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations for meetings, workshops, and presentations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in data consulting or professional services settings, with a strong focus on client-facing solution development and pre-sales support.

• Proven track record in supporting and closing data opportunities through technical leadership, architecture ownership, and active engagement in sales pursuits.

• Experience assisting clients in at least one of the Consumer Business Unit verticals (Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Consumer Goods).

• Preference for experience with both B2C and B2B client programs.

• Strong expertise in architecting real-world data solutions using modern platforms such as Databricks and/or Snowflake, with experience in at least one major cloud provider like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Ability to effectively communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and execution considerations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfort in a commercially-driven role where success is evaluated based on growth impact, pipeline influence, and revenue generation.

• Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of leading client discussions independently and collaborating closely with Sales and Client Partner leaders.

• Experience working in fast-paced consulting environments with limited structure, including the ability to remain hands-on when necessary.
