This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product vision: Articulate and promote a long-term product strategy for Bridge’s curation businesses that is distinct, commercially viable, and designed for scalability.
• Manage the entire product roadmap for Bridge’s curation business, balancing internal platform capabilities with the evolving demands of buyers and sellers.
• Anticipate structural shifts in the programmatic landscape and translate these insights into proactive product decisions.
• Cultivate internal support and alignment for the product vision among leadership while representing Bridge’s product perspective to external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with senior product leadership across the organization to ensure the curation roadmap aligns with Bridge's overarching product vision and go-to-market priorities.
• Oversee and manage the complete product development lifecycle — from initial discovery through to launch and long-term adaptation.
• Work in partnership with Sales and Marketing to ensure products are tailored to how the market operates.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Bridge’s product offerings beyond current solutions.
• Establish success metrics for each product area and hold the team accountable for achieving outcomes.
• Recruit, guide, mentor, and hold accountable a team of product managers.
• 12+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role managing sell-side product teams.
• Extensive knowledge in AdTech, data products, and digital media, with specific hands-on experience in curation, supply-side platforms (SSPs), private marketplaces (PMPs), and/or curated deal environments.
• Direct experience with identity solutions, data clean rooms, or privacy-preserving data collaboration technologies.
• Proven history of building and scaling B2B SaaS or platform products within the data or media sectors, from initial concept to commercial success.
• Demonstrated capability to create and implement product strategies that yield measurable revenue growth and market differentiation, rather than merely managing existing systems.
• Outstanding communication skills — equally adept at engaging with engineers, executives, and commercial audiences, capable of conveying complex technical and market concepts in a simple manner.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to leverage data for prioritization, investment justification, and outcome measurement.
• Proficient cross-functional leader capable of aligning stakeholders without direct authority and generating organizational momentum.
• Familiarity with programmatic infrastructure, identity graphs, audience data platforms, and the evolving signal landscape in a post-cookie environment.
• Active presence in the industry: conference speaking, published points of view, or recognized thought leadership in adtech, data, or programmatic media is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
