Associate Vice President, Debt Origination, CRE Capital Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Identify and develop relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to ensure a steady flow of CRE deals.

• Oversee the entire placement process: structuring capital stacks (which include senior debt, bridge loans, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity), preparing offering materials, managing lender processes, negotiating term sheets, and guiding all stakeholders to successful closings on both debt and equity mandates.

• Act as a trusted advisor by converting current commercial real estate financing conditions into practical guidance.

• Utilize our proprietary technology, data tools, and workflow systems to manage a high volume of deals in an organized manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years in CRE capital markets with an emphasis on debt placement or structured finance.

• Proficient understanding across the capital stack: structuring, underwriting, lender sourcing, term sheet negotiation, and closing.

• Ability to work independently throughout the complete advisory cycle, from origination to funded close.
