This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Take ownership of the design, philosophy, and ongoing evolution of the enterprise learning and enablement architecture.
• Act as a strategic advisor and collaborator with the CEO and Executive Team to create, implement, and refine transformative learning programs.
• Spearhead the development, acceleration, and enhancement of talent growth systems.
• Support Milo’s workforce in facilitating data-driven decision making.
• Manage the multi-year learning roadmap that aligns with corporate strategy, growth goals, and capability needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to pinpoint capability gaps.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of six years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar field; at least five years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in designing and executing effective training and development programs.
