📋 Description

• Directs the strategic and imaginative vision for various brands

• Provides guidance and mentorship to a diverse creative team

• Manages the creative strategy and implementation

• Works in collaboration with account and planning teams

• Acts as the primary creative liaison for clients

• Cultivates robust partnerships with both internal and external teams

• Ensures that creative outputs align with MRL standards

• Delivers and defends creative ideas to clients

• Advocates for accessibility and inclusivity in all creative endeavors

• Guides and nurtures the development of creative talent

• A minimum of 10+ years in creative positions

• At least 3+ years in a senior leadership role

• Extensive experience in leading creative projects for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands

• Exceptional storytelling skills

• Proficient in best practices for accessibility and inclusivity
