This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance clinical operations involving physicians, APPs, dietitians, and clinical support teams to ensure exceptional, evidence-based care and an excellent patient experience.
• Take charge of clinical operating performance metrics such as SLAs, capacity, utilization, multi-state workforce planning, and operational efficiency, collaborating closely with Practice Operations and Finance.
• Develop the clinical operations strategy and spearhead practice transformation initiatives (e.g., physician-APP models, new service lines, workflow redesign) in partnership with the COO, CMO, and Executive Leadership Team.
• Offer strategic insights to Product, Engineering, and Operations regarding tools and features that affect clinicians and patients, ensuring alignment of the product roadmap with evolving care models.
• Mentor, coach, and cultivate clinical leaders and managers, establishing scalable leadership frameworks and promoting clinician wellness in collaboration with the Director of Wellness.
• Act as the external representative of Form Health’s clinical organization at selected conferences, client meetings, etc., and aid Sales and Marketing with clinical narratives and outcomes when necessary.
• Although the primary focus of this position will be on leadership responsibilities, it is anticipated that this individual will maintain a very small longitudinal patient panel.
• MD/DO, board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology (or relevant subspecialty), with an active and good standing license.
• ABOM certification OR a strong commitment and eligibility to achieve ABOM certification after joining.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience, with a strong background in obesity medicine and chronic metabolic disease treatment preferred.
• At least 3 years of clinical leadership experience in a large, multi-state telehealth or virtual/hybrid practice, with significant exposure to operations at a “presence of scale” (large provider teams, multi-state operations).
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a highly cross-functional environment, enhancing operational performance and clinical quality alongside Operations, Product, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Outstanding people leadership abilities, with a proven history of developing clinical leaders, physicians, APPs, Dietitians, RNs, and a strong commitment to team culture, clinician wellness, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
