VP, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction and operational management for clinical operations that support remote patient monitoring and virtual care initiatives.

• Create operational strategies aimed at enhancing clinical program delivery and achieving better patient outcomes.

• Ensure that clinical operations are in line with organizational objectives and comply with regulatory standards.

• Drive initiatives focused on boosting operational efficiency and enhancing clinical program performance.

• Oversee the execution and effectiveness of clinical programs across various markets.

• Assist clinical teams by optimizing workflows, processes, and operational resources.

• Collaborate with medical leadership to develop effective care delivery models.

• Aid in the expansion and scaling of clinical services.

• Assess and enhance workflows related to patient monitoring, care coordination, and interventions.

• Formulate standardized operational procedures for clinical teams.

• Track clinical quality indicators and program outcomes.

• Establish operational metrics and KPIs; analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools.

• Promote the use and enhancement of care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies.

• Work alongside Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure the effective delivery of programs.

• Align clinical operations with product functionalities and client requirements.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives that support the growth of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in healthcare leadership, with a focus on clinical operations management.

• Preferred experience in managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs.

• Proven track record in enhancing clinical workflows and operational performance.

• Experience leading clinical programs across multiple sites or states is preferred.

• Strong analytical and operational leadership capabilities.

• Expertise in healthcare clinical operations leadership.

• Proficiency in clinical workflow design and process optimization.

• Ability to think strategically and develop programs.

• Competence in data-driven decision-making and operational analytics.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Capacity to lead distributed teams in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or care management systems.

• Knowledge of remote patient monitoring platforms.

• Experience with clinical workflow and documentation systems.

• Proficient in data analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
