VP, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for clinical operations related to Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and virtual care initiatives.

• Formulate operational strategies to enable scalable delivery of clinical programs and enhance patient outcomes.

• Ensure that clinical operations are in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

• Lead efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and the performance of clinical programs.

• Supervise the implementation and performance of clinical programs across various markets.

• Assist clinical teams by streamlining workflows, processes, and operational resources.

• Collaborate with medical leadership to facilitate effective care delivery models.

• Aid in the expansion and scaling of clinical services.

• Assess and enhance workflows related to patient monitoring, care coordination, and interventions.

• Create standardized operational procedures for clinical teams.

• Track clinical quality indicators and program outcomes.

• Establish operational metrics and KPIs; analyze performance data for trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Work alongside Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to create dashboards and reporting tools.

• Support the utilization and integration of care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies.

• Partner with Product and Technology teams to enhance system functionality and workflow integration.

• Collaborate with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams on program execution and strategic initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to clinical quality standards, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and relevant laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in healthcare leadership, with a focus on clinical operations management.

• Preferred experience in managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs.

• Proven track record in enhancing clinical workflows and operational performance.

• Preferred experience in leading multi-site or multi-state clinical programs.

• Strong analytical capabilities and operational leadership skills.

• Expertise in healthcare clinical operations leadership.

• Proficient in clinical workflow design and process optimization.

• Strategic thinker with experience in program development.

• Skilled in data-driven decision making and operational analytics.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Capability to lead distributed teams in a remote working environment.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or care management systems.

• Experience with remote patient monitoring platforms.

• Knowledge of clinical workflow and documentation systems.

• Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
