This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Manage independent resource solutions for various resource subsets and roles.
• Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and disseminate information to management teams.
• Collaborate with Business Units to oversee demand planning and resource needs.
• Assist in centralized resourcing initiatives and uphold data integrity in global resourcing tools.
• Refresh trackers and generate reports and queries.
• Evaluate resource assignments, skill sets, and availability to propose assignment opportunities.
• Educate and support partners on global resourcing toolsets and processes.
• Aid TA/candidate recruitment efforts as required.
• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and address data integrity and assignment issues.
• Lead regular or ad hoc meetings, document minutes, track action items, and share relevant data.
• Handle sensitive information regarding resource leaves, terminations, and organizational changes.
• Conduct routine GRM quality checks and assess resourcing reports and dashboards.
• Review cross-resourcing requests and present solution options to management.
• Analyze capacity, therapeutic experience reports, and CVs.
• Collaborate with business liaisons to allocate resources and ensure financial stability.
• Provide insights on resourcing trends and data integrity analysis to leadership.
• Support redeployment initiatives and identify new job opportunities.
• Recommend process enhancements and escalate resourcing or procedural issues.
• Facilitate training on resourcing toolsets.
• Perform daily STAT Request evaluations and processes.
• Assist in maintaining SharePoint, Teams, or intranet sites.
• Undertake other assigned work-related tasks and projects.
• BA/BS degree in business, management, or a science/healthcare-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in resource management, including logistics, preferably within a contract research organization, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company.
• Relevant clinical research experience is preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation capabilities.
• Ability to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach.
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet applications.
• Occasional travel may be necessary (up to 25%).
