VP, Clinical Operations

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical operations that support remote patient monitoring and virtual care programs.

• Develop operational strategies to facilitate scalable delivery of clinical programs and enhance patient outcomes.

• Ensure that clinical operations are in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

• Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and the performance of clinical programs.

• Oversee the implementation and evaluation of clinical programs across various markets.

• Assist clinical teams by providing efficient workflows, processes, and operational resources.

• Collaborate with medical leadership to establish effective care delivery models.

• Support the expansion and scaling of clinical services.

• Evaluate and enhance workflows related to patient monitoring, care coordination, and intervention.

• Develop standardized operating procedures for clinical teams.

• Identify opportunities to streamline clinical processes.

• Support clinical quality monitoring and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Establish operational metrics and KPIs; monitor performance data and trends.

• Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools.

• Support the integration and effective utilization of care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies.

• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance system functionality and workflow integration.

• Promote the adoption of digital tools that improve care delivery and operational efficiency.

• Partner with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure successful program delivery.

• Align clinical operations with product capabilities and client requirements.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives that support organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10–12 years of leadership experience in healthcare, specifically in clinical operations management.

• Preferred experience in managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs.

• Proven track record in enhancing clinical workflows and operational performance.

• Preferred experience in leading multi-site or multi-state clinical programs.

• Strong analytical skills and operational leadership capabilities.

• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or care management systems.

• Familiarity with remote patient monitoring platforms.

• Experience with clinical workflow and documentation systems.

• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Ability to lead distributed teams effectively in a remote setting.

• Compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
