VP, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for clinical operations that support Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and virtual care initiatives.

• Create operational strategies aimed at scalable delivery of clinical programs and enhanced patient outcomes.

• Ensure that clinical operations are in line with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

• Lead projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and the effectiveness of clinical programs.

• Supervise the operational execution and performance of clinical programs across various markets.

• Assist clinical teams by streamlining workflows, processes, and providing necessary operational resources.

• Collaborate with medical leadership to support the implementation of efficient care delivery models.

• Aid in the expansion and scaling of clinical services.

• Assess and optimize workflows related to patient monitoring, care coordination, and interventions.

• Create standardized operational procedures for clinical teams.

• Track clinical quality indicators and program outcomes.

• Establish operational metrics and KPIs; analyze performance data and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Work alongside Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools.

• Facilitate the use and integration of care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies.

• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance system functionality and integrate clinical workflows.

• Partner with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams to guarantee successful program implementation.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives that foster organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10–12 years of leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on clinical operations management.

• Preferred experience in managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs.

• Proven track record in enhancing clinical workflows and operational performance.

• Experience in leading clinical programs across multiple sites or states is preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities and operational leadership skills.

• Expertise in healthcare clinical operations leadership.

• Proficient in clinical workflow design and process optimization.

• Strategic thinking capabilities and program development skills.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions and perform operational analytics.

• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Capability to lead distributed teams in a remote work environment.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or care management systems.

• Experience with remote patient monitoring platforms.

• Knowledge of clinical workflow and documentation systems.

• Proficiency with data analytics and reporting platforms, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
