VP, Clinical Operations

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical operations that support remote patient monitoring and virtual care programs.

• Develop operational strategies aimed at scalable clinical program delivery and enhanced patient outcomes.

• Ensure clinical operations are in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

• Lead initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and the performance of clinical programs.

• Oversee the operational implementation and performance of clinical programs across various markets.

• Ensure that clinical teams have efficient workflows, processes, and operational resources.

• Collaborate with medical leadership to support effective care delivery models.

• Facilitate the expansion and scaling of clinical services.

• Evaluate and enhance workflows related to patient monitoring, care coordination, and intervention.

• Develop standardized operational procedures for clinical teams.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

• Support clinical quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

• Monitor clinical quality indicators and program outcomes.

• Establish operational metrics and KPIs to assess clinical program performance.

• Monitor performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to create dashboards and reporting tools.

• Support the use and integration of care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies.

• Work with Product and Technology teams to enhance system functionality and workflow integration.

• Promote the adoption of digital tools that improve care delivery and operational efficiency.

• Partner with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure effective program delivery.

• Align clinical operations with product capabilities and client requirements.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives that foster organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10–12 years of leadership experience in healthcare, including management of clinical operations.

• Preferred experience in managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs.

• Proven experience in enhancing clinical workflows and operational performance.

• Preferred experience in leading multi-site or multi-state clinical programs.

• Strong analytical and operational leadership abilities.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or care management systems.

• Experience with remote patient monitoring platforms.

• Knowledge of clinical workflow and documentation systems.

• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Ability to lead distributed teams in a remote working environment.

• Must adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
