VP, Clinical Operations

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic direction and operational management for clinical operations that support Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and virtual care initiatives.

• Create operational strategies aimed at scalable delivery of clinical programs and enhancement of patient outcomes.

• Ensure clinical operations are in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

• Drive initiatives that foster operational efficiency and enhance the performance of clinical programs.

• Supervise the operational execution and performance of clinical programs across various markets.

• Aid clinical teams by providing efficient workflows, processes, and operational resources.

• Work in collaboration with medical leadership to facilitate effective care delivery models.

• Assess and refine workflows related to patient monitoring, care coordination, and interventions.

• Formulate standardized operational procedures for clinical teams.

• Guarantee compliance with clinical quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

• Set operational metrics and KPIs; track performance data and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to create dashboards and reporting tools.

• Assist with the utilization and integration of care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies.

• Partner with Product and Technology teams to enhance system functionality and integration of clinical workflows.

• Collaborate with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure effective program delivery.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives that promote organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10–12 years of leadership experience in healthcare, particularly in clinical operations management.

• Preferred experience in managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs.

• Proven track record in enhancing clinical workflows and operational performance.

• Experience leading clinical programs across multiple sites or states is preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities and operational leadership skills.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or care management systems.

• Experience with remote patient monitoring platforms.

• Knowledge of clinical workflow and documentation systems.

• Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Capability to lead distributed teams in a remote setting.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Aptitude for data-driven decision-making and operational analytics.

• Skills in clinical workflow design and process optimization.

• Leadership experience in healthcare clinical operations.

• Strategic thinking and program development capabilities.
