VP, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic leadership and operational supervision for clinical operations that support Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and virtual care initiatives.

• Formulate operational strategies to ensure scalable delivery of clinical programs and enhanced patient outcomes.

• Ensure that clinical operations are in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and the performance of clinical programs.

• Oversee the execution and performance assessment of clinical programs across various markets.

• Assist clinical teams by providing effective workflows, processes, and operational resources.

• Assess and refine workflows related to patient monitoring, care coordination, and interventions.

• Create standardized operational procedures for clinical teams.

• Monitor indicators of clinical quality and program outcomes.

• Establish operational metrics and KPIs to evaluate clinical program effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to design dashboards and reporting tools.

• Facilitate the use and integration of care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies.

• Work in partnership with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure effective program delivery and organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10–12 years of leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on clinical operations management.

• Preferred experience in managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs.

• Proven track record in enhancing clinical workflows and operational performance.

• Prior experience leading clinical programs across multiple sites or states is preferred.

• Strong analytical capabilities alongside operational leadership skills.

• Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), care management systems, remote patient monitoring solutions, and data analytics/reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Capability to lead distributed teams in a remote working environment.
