This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provide strategic guidance and operational supervision for clinical operations that support remote patient monitoring and virtual care initiatives.
• Formulate operational strategies that facilitate scalable delivery of clinical programs and enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure that clinical operations are in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and the performance of clinical programs.
• Oversee the execution and effectiveness of clinical programs across various markets.
• Assist clinical teams by streamlining workflows, processes, and providing operational resources.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to establish effective care delivery models.
• Aid in the expansion and scaling of clinical services.
• Assess and enhance workflows related to patient monitoring, care coordination, and intervention.
• Create standardized operational procedures for clinical teams.
• Track clinical quality indicators and assess program outcomes.
• Set operational metrics and KPIs; analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to create dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support care management systems, EHR platforms, and technologies for remote patient monitoring.
• Work alongside Product and Technology teams to enhance system functionality and integrate workflows.
• Partner with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure effective program delivery.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth.
• At least 10–12 years of experience in healthcare leadership, specifically in clinical operations management.
• Preferred experience in managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs.
• Proven track record of improving clinical workflows and operational performance.
• Experience leading clinical programs across multiple sites or states is preferred.
• Strong analytical and operational leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or care management systems.
• Experience with remote patient monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of clinical workflow and documentation systems.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Capacity to lead distributed teams in a remote work setting.
• Ability to adhere to company policies, procedures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Primarily a sedentary role with a remote work environment.
• Occasional travel for leadership meetings or program initiatives.
