This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• The Vice President of Client Services will be responsible for overseeing senior-level relationships with clients and agency partners, extending beyond everyday operations.

• This individual will focus on client retention by fostering executive- and senior-level connections and identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts.

• They will assess and manage risks associated with clients and agency partners, ensuring that client and EVERSANA INTOUCH goals are met regarding financial health, targets, and objectives for each account.

• The role involves leading the coordination and development of integrated marketing plans both internally and in collaboration with external agency partners.

• Strong thought leadership within EVERSANA INTOUCH and the broader industry is essential, along with the capability to consistently introduce new services to clients, helping them comprehend the full scope of EVERSANA INTOUCH’s offerings.

• Our team members are expected to deliver outstanding business outcomes through the efforts of their teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in agency, consultative, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare sectors is required.

• Demonstrated thought leadership in integrated and digital marketing and communications.

• Self-reliant and driven, with the ability to independently manage major clients and brands.

• Proven success in meeting P&L targets through both existing and new business opportunities.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams across the organization.

• Background in negotiating and executing agreements.

• Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions.

• Practical understanding of technical development and processes.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to assess staffing needs within the account team and extended teams.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications is required.

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively at all levels with clients and within the Intouch organization.

• Travel may be required.
