
Capital Markets Client Service Associate – Overnight Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the primary liaison for corporate issuers, legal advisors, investment banking teams, and other clients in the capital markets.
• Oversee financial print and disclosure initiatives from the initial request to final delivery, which includes composition, proofreading, client revisions, EDGAR filing support, printing, mailing, and electronic distribution.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in composition, EDGAR, print production, digital delivery, and quality control to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Assess client instructions, track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively communicate updates, next steps, and timelines.
• Assist with SEC filing and related workflows, including prospectuses, registration statements, proxy materials, merger documentation, and other financial disclosures.
• Promptly and professionally address and resolve client concerns, escalating issues as necessary to safeguard deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.
• Keep precise project notes, job specifics, client instructions, version history, and status updates in internal systems, while ensuring adherence to quality, confidentiality, security, and compliance standards in a highly regulated financial services sector.
• Manage competing priorities and urgent client requests while delivering a high level of service and attention to detail during overnight hours.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three to five years of experience in client service, project coordination, financial services, legal services, printing, document production, or a similar fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to provide clear status updates and effectively manage client expectations.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and follow-through skills in a dynamic production setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Attention to detail and comfort working with complex, time-sensitive documents, along with sound judgment, composure, and accountability in meeting urgent deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial printing, EDGAR filing, regulatory disclosure, capital markets, legal document production, or transaction support.
• Familiarity with SEC forms and filings such as S-1, S-3, S-4, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and DEF 14A; and experience assisting corporate issuers, law firms, investment banks, or other financial services clients, with proficiency in workflow, job management, document management, or production tracking systems.
