This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients on a daily basis.

• Address information requests, resolve issues, and manage various client-related responsibilities.

• Oversee correspondence and requests for information from clients, ensuring timely, professional, and comprehensive responses.

• Assist in the preparation and execution of client meetings.

• Facilitate the meeting process effectively.

• Record and distribute minutes from meetings.

• Engage in regular internal meetings with managers, team members, and staff from other departments.

• Generate and share reports on client and departmental activities.

• Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams regarding any business-related issues.

• Ensure that company staff are kept informed in a proactive manner about client issues, concerns, and changes.

• Actively pursue additional business opportunities with current and potential clients.

• Contribute to the accomplishment of departmental goals and alert management and colleagues when challenges arise.

• Represent SCS with high professional and ethical standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business-to-business, Patient Billing, or Client-Facing role.

• Proficient in personal computing skills, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, and internet usage.

• Capability to create, maintain, analyze, and disseminate reports.

• Strong skills in building rapport and resolving problems.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to present effectively to diverse groups, including internal staff, clients, and industry professionals.

• Strong emphasis on Customer Service and deliverables, with significant attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
