This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Agfa’s Healthcare IT Professional Services and Technical Support operations.
• Formulate a focused strategy and value proposition oriented towards service solutions.
• Guarantee high-quality implementation and post-sale support for Agfa IT products across North America.
• Manage Support Services both operationally and commercially.
• Act as a Change Agent by enhancing organizational communication and motivation.
• Supervise the safe and effective installation, configuration, and support of Agfa HealthCare products.
• Promote innovation through the adoption of new technologies and AI tools.
• Inform existing customers about new releases and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Product Marketing, and Sales.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Applied Science, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of senior leadership experience in Healthcare IT Implementation and Technical Support functions.
• PMP Certification and/or extensive knowledge of managing complex Healthcare IT projects.
• Strong understanding of After Sales Processes related to services.
• Familiarity with the North American Healthcare IT marketplace, including its key players, trends, and challenges.
• Demonstrated experience in driving organizational transformation.
• Proven track record in leading large, multi-layered organizations and enhancing performance and employee satisfaction at all levels.
• History of leading change through IT tools that enhance productivity.
