Lead Account Manager, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Support the oversight of effective home deliveries managed by contract carriers, which includes monitoring and analyzing timely deliveries as well as customer feedback (VOC) reports.

• Foster positive relationships with contract carriers and their assistants.

• Utilize route optimization software to create efficient delivery paths.

• Manage the dispatch process for contract carriers, addressing issues as they arise throughout the day.

• Aid the Operations Manager in pinpointing challenges related to inventory, deliveries, and customer satisfaction, including the reorganization of routes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee and shape the expectations of contract carriers for home delivery; schedule pickups and deliveries.

• Mentor and guide dispatch and warehouse staff to meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Travel to various locations and/or stores to ensure that client expectations are fulfilled (e.g., resolving routing, delivery, and inventory issues).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, with at least 1 year focused on inventory management and merchandise reconciliation.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) along with other business software applications.
