This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Organize and execute designated business projects for clients, including recruiting, business structure, products, payroll, and promotional campaigns, in accordance with client specifications and recommendations.

• Engage with assigned clients as per our service model when necessary, conducting an initial assessment of any challenging situations.

• Gather information about the client’s business using various methods such as shadowing, interviews, and surveys.

• Analyze and interpret data to pinpoint areas that require improvement.

• Develop recommendations and solutions, presenting them to clients.

• Collaborate with clients to implement plans and address any issues that arise.

• Assist advisors in navigating the available products and services.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners.

• Facilitate the completion and implementation of advisors' business plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Administration, or a related field, along with equivalent experience and/or training.

• Over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector and consulting.

• Familiarity with a broad range of business management software (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, E-Money).

• Possession of Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66 licenses.
