This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities with brokers and employers to generate leads using various methods, such as cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Develop a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects to ensure ongoing sales growth.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients to introduce and demonstrate the Valenz Platform to Simplify Healthcare.
• Assess the unique requirements of prospects and customize proposals accordingly.
• Effectively articulate the value proposition and demonstrate how it can improve the prospect's business.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of all Valenz products and services, including their features, advantages, and competitive differentiators.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
• Participate in industry events and tradeshows to network with potential clients and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Respond promptly and accurately to all inquiries from prospects, including requests for information, proposals, and pricing.
• Coordinate efforts to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of Valenz services.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales position within the healthcare, insurance, or related sectors.
• Proven experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare benefits brokers, consultants, employers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in sales, with a history of developing and implementing effective sales strategies and consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Familiarity with healthcare plan administration and/or self-funded plans.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
