This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead and Develop: Guide, train, and motivate the regional sales team (Account Executives), spreading our culture of customer focus and high performance.
• Strategic Planning: Create and implement the commercial plan for the region, identifying market opportunities that others may overlook.
• Close Major Accounts: Engage directly in complex and strategic negotiations (B2B / Key Accounts).
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key sales KPIs (pipeline, CAC, LTV, conversion) through CRM to steer the team’s actions.
• Build Bridges: Develop strategic local partnerships and relay market feedback to our Product team to continue innovating.
• Solid experience in sales leadership within the Fintech, Payment Solutions, SaaS, Financial Markets, and related sectors.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and opening new markets.
• Excellent communication skills and adeptness in engaging with decision-makers (C-Level).
• Analytical mindset (data-driven) with proficiency in CRM tools (such as Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel and engage closely with our clients in the region.
