This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the National Sales Managers to cultivate and enhance profitable partnerships with distributors and their agents.
• Implement field requests for in-person training, webinars, agency training, and onboarding processes.
• Design and carry out call campaigns that include proactive outbound sales efforts to promote and position Foresters Financial products and member benefits to distributors and their appointed agents.
• Create and present persuasive sales presentations that highlight Foresters Financial life and annuity products, services, and competitive advantages.
• Assess training needs and gaps within assigned distribution and develop customized solutions to address them.
• Report on sales support activities and marketing campaigns to the National Sales Manager and direct Manager.
• Address incoming inquiries regarding Foresters Financial life and annuity products, illustrations, the agent portal, and marketing materials.
• Represent Foresters Financial in a professional manner across all internal and external interactions, including verbal and written communication, as well as at events.
• Previous experience in Life and Annuity sales within financial services, with a strong understanding of industry products preferred.
• Active Life & Annuity license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in wholesaling or field development supporting distributors, agents, or advisors is preferred.
• Willingness and capability to travel.
• Demonstrated sales proficiency with strong telephone and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; active listening and influencing capabilities.
• Self-driven to manage workloads, adapt to changing priorities, and achieve or surpass goals in a team setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective listening skills; demonstrated ability to influence.
• Advanced computer skills: adept at multi-screen navigation, multitasking, accurate keyboarding, and proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Results-oriented mindset with a robust work ethic and a collaborative approach.
• Well-honed problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, based on business requirements.
