This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Meet and exceed top-line sales objectives aligned with division and regional goals.
• Develop comprehensive annual plans aimed at achieving double-digit business growth compared to the previous year.
• Assist in managing key account relationships, including aspects of ownership, management, marketing, and sales.
• Collaborate across departments and with distribution sales teams to meet sales targets.
• Foster customer relationships within an assigned region to stimulate additional growth through solution-based selling.
• Implement national marketing strategies for channels and brands in the field.
• Evaluate performance metrics data to effectively coach and enhance the Sales Support team.
• Execute a robust performance management process and provide constructive feedback.
• Bachelor’s Degree is essential (preferably in Business Management).
• A minimum of 10 years of direct sales or distribution sales experience is required.
• Proven experience in selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors.
• At least 5 years of direct managerial experience is necessary.
• Strong ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Comprehensive understanding of operations, sales, and customer service principles.
• Proficient in computer skills, including the MS Office Suite and smartphone usage.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time within the region.
