This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the Architecture & Solution Advisory division across various industries, products, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales and Services Sales leaders to define and outline strategic initiatives, intricate client opportunities, and extensive transformation programs.
• Direct solution strategies for engagements involving multiple products and platforms.
• Steer solution design, estimation, and the creation of statements of work.
• Set architecture standards, governance protocols, and solution review methodologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders within client organizations.
• Work closely with Delivery leaders to mitigate implementation risks and enhance client satisfaction.
• Promote the integration of AI-enabled capabilities throughout solution design and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with leadership in Product Management and Engineering to shape product strategy.
• Create reusable reference architectures, industry-specific solution frameworks, and best practices.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for complicated solution issues across strategic accounts.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing team of architects and solution advisors.
• More than 15 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience leading architecture, solution advisory, consulting, or pre-sales teams in a rapidly growing technology or professional services setting.
• Established capability to define, shape, and manage large, complex transformation programs involving multiple products and platforms.
• Significant experience collaborating with sales teams on strategic initiatives, executive workshops, solution strategies, estimations, and statement of work development.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise-scale SaaS, cloud, data, and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience utilizing AI and advanced technologies to enhance solution design, delivery quality, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Experience in developing reusable solution frameworks, reference architectures, accelerators, and best practices.
• Strong grasp of the economics of service businesses.
• Proven success in managing executive-level client relationships and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.
