Development Lead – Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

• Develop clean, testable code.

• Perform code reviews prior to deployment and provide guidance to developers on any identified issues.

• Review pull requests and ensure the quality of the code.

• Detect and resolve performance bottlenecks.

• Mentor and coach mid-level to junior developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 8 years of professional experience.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining or maintaining Public Trust (High) clearance.

• Knowledge of database normalization, load balancing, and fundamental microservices.

• Proficient in debugging a failing CI/CD pipeline and managing environment variables securely.

• Regularly write unit tests and End-to-End tests as a standard practice.

• Capable of articulating technical trade-offs to product managers and mentoring junior developers.
