VP, AI-Native Ops & Automation, GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the redesign of GTM workflows encompassing pipeline generation, forecasting, renewals, customer expansion, and operational planning.

• Implement AI, analytics, and automation within GTM data sources.

• Develop and implement a multi-quarter transformation roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

• Establish KPI frameworks that are linked to forecast accuracy and productivity.

• Enhance trust, usability, and the adoption of AI-driven systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Enterprise Transformation, Consulting, or similar leadership positions.

• Strong systems thinking capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and influencing skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of AI/ML applications, automation tools, data architectures, and contemporary GTM system ecosystems.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives that yield measurable business results.
