• Conduct research to identify potential partner cities

• Manage and update our outreach pipeline

• Prepare outreach contacts and initial communication materials

• Coordinate follow-up activities

• Keep track of the status of ongoing conversations

• Assist in the preparation of meetings and appointments

• Oversee deadlines and monitor project status
