Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• The Project Manager oversees the daily operations of assigned studies for clients.

• Ensure that studies are conducted in accordance with client expectations and maintain the highest quality standards.

• Manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and the scope defined in contracts.

• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the project.

• Prepare meeting agendas and ensure that minutes and action items from client teleconferences and internal meetings are documented.

• Monitor and address any client issues or concerns that arise.

• Lead and guide cross-functional teams and third-party vendors with some level of supervision and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a clinical, scientific, or technical field, or an equivalent level of experience.

• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without any restrictions or need for sponsorship.

• Level I - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical lab, central lab, CRO, or equivalent setting.

• Familiarity with laboratory development and operational processes.

• Knowledge of the Clinical Trial/Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

• Demonstrated successful project management capabilities.

• High proficiency in PC-based software applications, including project management and data management tools.
