This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• The DACH Customer Project Manager (CPM) will be a vital member of the International Services & Solution Delivery team.
• The CPM will oversee a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary liaison within the services team and fostering strong relationships.
• Responsible for managing implementation projects primarily in the DACH region.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels while managing expectations through consistent and clear communication.
• Serve as the main contact for selected European partners, coordinating all service activities, including implementation, logistics, support, and training.
• Provide support to the installed base through regular support calls and escalate issues to the support teams and management as necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the S&SD regarding Philips Remote Security (PRS).
• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing application or integration projects and/or implementations.
• Experience in healthcare and analytics, specifically working with Clinical Information Systems, is required.
• Demonstrated success in establishing strong customer relationships.
• A customer and business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent presentation abilities and the skill to communicate professionally to an audience, both verbally and in writing.
• Confident and mature interpersonal skills, along with proactive relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously, with a keen attention to detail.
• The role involves business travel of 25%.
