This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in the E2E Summit and PMA initiatives
• Oversee all aspects and support functions of the E2E Summit
• Recruit and engage contractor and supplier executives as event participants
• Establish and maintain a year-round sales pipeline
• Conduct pre-summit assessments with all participants
• Oversee comprehensive event logistics from start to finish
• Create and manage detailed budgets and project plans for events
• Head the Marketing & PR team
• Design and execute a thorough event measurement framework
• Facilitate post-summit evaluations and assess participant feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, education, construction management, or a related discipline
• 3 - 5 years of progressively responsible experience within the electrical construction sector
• Prior experience with B2B hosted buyer event formats is highly preferred
• Strong familiarity with manufacturers and suppliers in the electrical construction industry supply chain is highly preferred
