VoIP Engineer, VoIP Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Monitoring and maintaining current routes, ensuring their functionality, and timely replacement or repair.

• Identifying new providers to expand the company's capabilities and enhance profitability.

• Managing and regularly updating spreadsheets with current pricing for routes.

• Assisting sales managers in determining route pricing.

• Completing customer setup tasks as assigned by the sales department.

• Listening to calls to monitor service quality and identify potential technical issues.

• Collaborating with providers and internal teams to promptly address technical concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

• Understanding of VoIP principles and SMS service configuration.

• Practical experience with routes, providers, or telecom services is a plus.

• Experience with Jira or similar systems.

• Attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical problems.

• Responsibility, good communication skills, and politeness in interactions with colleagues and partners.

• Self-organization and readiness to handle a large volume of operational tasks.

• A desire to grow in the telecommunications field and deepen technical expertise.
