VoIP Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Monitoring and maintaining current routes, ensuring their functionality, and timely replacement or repair.

• Identifying new providers to expand the company's capabilities and enhance profitability.

• Maintaining spreadsheets with up-to-date pricing for routes.

• Assisting sales managers in determining route pricing.

• Completing client setup tasks as assigned by the sales department.

• Listening to calls for quality control and identifying technical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Understanding of VoIP operations and SMS service configuration.

• Proficient in working with Jira or similar systems.

• Responsible, communicative, and courteous in interactions.

• Committed to continuous professional development and improvement.
