Voice Talent – French, English Canada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Capture voice samples for training models.

• Provide voice samples that showcase bright, sultry, ASMR/soft intimate, expressive, conversational, friendly, empathetic, attentive, and helpful characteristics.

• Create recordings with clear diction, consistent quality, stable rhythm and tempo, and controlled pitch and amplitude.

• Adhere to specified technical guidelines regarding volume levels, file naming, format, segment gaps, and audio quality.

• Supply demos, sample recordings, and voice-over examples.

• Complete a project test in Lilt's module when necessary.

• Fulfill fast-turnaround project requirements and stringent delivery deadlines.

• Grant licenses for voice recordings used in AI voice cloning/TTS training when applicable.

• Submit a resume/C.V. in English along with voice-over samples in both French and English.

• Finalize onboarding, payment account setup, and any remaining application processes post project selection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native bilingual speaker of French Canada and English Canada.

• Professional or semi-professional vocal talent is essential.

• Experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming is required.

• Must have access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup.

• Recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, and a professional digital audio workstation with software/plugins are necessary.

• A treated, quiet recording environment free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling, and other disturbances is needed.

• Flawless diction and articulation are mandatory.

• Consistent quality, stable rhythm and tempo, and controlled pitch and amplitude must be maintained.

• Ability to follow technical recording specifications is required.

• Capability to provide demos, sample recordings, or voice-over samples is expected.

• Comfort with rapid project turnaround and tight delivery timelines is essential.

• Willingness to license voice for AI voice cloning/TTS training is necessary.

• Dependable availability and commitment are crucial; most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.

• An English-language resume/C.V. must be submitted.

• A voice-over sample in French (Canada) and a voice-over sample in English (Canada) are required.

• A complete studio setup capable of producing high-quality recordings is mandatory.

• Must be able to comply with geographic restrictions related to international embargoes or sanctions.
