This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the development of the call experience roadmap, focusing on voice quality, latency budgets, interruption/turn-taking, prompt composability, and evaluations.
• Manage the voice workflow portfolio (POD, T&T, Carrier Selection) and prioritize new initiatives based on customer and FDE feedback.
• Collaborate with infrastructure partners (Twilio, ElevenLabs) and internal engineering teams to enhance reliability, sub-accounts, and telephony foundations.
• Establish criteria for excellent call performance—encompassing call evaluations, in-call transcripts, and portal metrics—and utilize this data to inform the roadmap.
• Engage deeply with the product: listen to live calls and recordings, accompany FDEs, and identify failure modes proactively. Leverage this understanding to shape the product vision.
• Compose comprehensive product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications.
• Lead the creation and deployment of AI-driven agents tailored for the logistics sector by closely collaborating with engineering, product design, and data science teams.
• Define the transition from ad-hoc voice agent development to a systematic approach, which may involve enhancing authoring tools, creating reusable components, or developing self-service flows—determining the optimal structure in conjunction with engineering.
• Possess 6+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with prior experience in voice products being a significant advantage.
• Demonstrate a hands-on builder mentality—comfortable creating prototypes, conducting prompt/evaluation loops, and writing scripts for analyzing call data.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Exhibit proven experience in a technical setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through critical milestones.
• Display strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, complemented by effective communication abilities.
• Possess a relentless curiosity, unwavering passion, and a sense of ownership to tackle challenging real-world issues.
