This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Accurately prepare and submit a large volume of porting orders and Direct Inward Dialing (DID) requests to carriers.
• Utilize carrier portals and internal systems to oversee porting requests and maintain data accuracy.
• Examine and confirm documentation, including Letters of Authorisation and invoices, to ensure adherence to carrier standards.
• Take responsibility for the complete porting process and proactively address any issues that arise.
• Deliver timely status updates and professionally respond to partner inquiries efficiently.
• Recognize and escalate persistent issues with carriers to facilitate quick resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer cases.
• Keep documentation related to porting processes and best practices up to date.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or care, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
