Home Health Market Executive – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Overseeing branch operations related to the assigned market.

• Ensuring that financial, clinical operations, and quality, service, and sales initiatives comply with government regulations.

• Formulating strategies and comprehensive branch business plans, including annual planning and budgeting.

• Managing data related to patient satisfaction.

• Collaborating closely with the AVPO and various cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in clinical fields (nursing, therapy), healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 3 years in a Branch Director role is generally required.

• Preferably 8 or more years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations.

• Familiarity with EMR and/or HIM systems is essential.
