This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively position products within targeted market segments to meet budgeted sales, profit, and market share goals.
• Spearhead the creation of marketing strategies by collaborating cross-functionally with Product Development, Asset Management, Campaign Management, Sales, Strategic and Territory Account Management, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and other key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of product pricing strategies and manage the design, administration, and execution of both long-term and tactical marketing programs.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to uncover growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis, assess sales performance, and aid in the formulation of long-range business plans, objectives, and growth strategies for designated market segments.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Sales organization by aligning marketing efforts with commercial goals.
• BA/BS, MBA, or equivalent, with over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Business Administration, agricultural-related science, or a comparable field.
• Proficient in Strategic Analysis, Marketing principles, business planning & organization, problem-solving, forecasting, persuasion, negotiation, communication, creativity, financial acumen, teamwork, leadership, and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% by car or air.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Specialty and Agricultural Crops in the U.S.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a wide network of industry contacts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discipline to prioritize tasks.
• Strong team-oriented approach to organizational priorities and projects.
