This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the daily operations of a team of travel consultants
• Manage key performance indicators (KPI), workload distribution, provide support, and coaching
• Serve as the primary contact for team members
• Actively mentor and develop the team to achieve and surpass all performance objectives
• Lead a team of travel consultants
• Work with performance data to enhance the team's efficiency
• Create learning programs to address both short- and long-term competency gaps
• Supply clients with essential industry information, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties
• Keep updated on relevant regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Daily monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues to ensure quality control
• In-depth experience in the corporate travel management sector
• Relevant supervisory experience
• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
