This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Drive ongoing improvements and skill development within the operations team.
• Elevate service delivery quality through training initiatives and the establishment of best practices.
• Serve as a floating PFM during transitions across the APAC region.
• Supervise Work Order management and perform operational diagnostics.
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures.
• Lead efforts for process optimization and enhancement of tools.
• Monitor operational KPIs and provide reports on outcomes.
• Manage operational expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Design and execute focused training programs while maintaining a skills matrix.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related area.
• Over 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Continuous Improvement positions.
• Solid understanding of FM operational workflows.
• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and coaching abilities.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis (Excel, Power BI).
• Expertise in change management.
• Experience with multi-site operations or floating resource models is highly advantageous.
• Required IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant software.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
