This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver voice-based customer support with a compassionate and personalized touch.
• Present our range of financial products and services.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Greet customers, address inquiries, and manage requests with outstanding service.
• Possession of a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Previous sales experience is advantageous.
• Must be available to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday).
• A minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps and a wired Ethernet connection for desktop use is required.
