This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.
• Respond to customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and address customer concerns.
• Document interactions in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and adhere to company policies.
• Deliver excellent service while meeting quality standards.
• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree or higher.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English is a valuable asset.
