This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.
• Conduct outbound surveys from home with participants and accurately document their responses in both Spanish and English.
• Gather and record opinions on a range of topics, from politics to customer satisfaction and more.
• Collaborate as a member of Dynata’s Virtual Call Center team as a bilingual part-time telephone interviewer.
• Must reside and work in one of the following U.S. states: AL, AR, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MN, MS, NC, NH, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WI, or WY.
• Must be at least 18 years old (16+ in SC, GA, and TX).
• Proficient in reading and speaking clearly in both Spanish and English.
• Capable of managing challenging calls in a professional manner.
• Ability to listen to and understand respondent answers, accurately and efficiently entering them into the Company’s survey software platform.
• A typing speed of 30 wpm with a focus on accuracy is preferred.
• Must be able to sit and type for the majority of the shift.
• Must provide own equipment (laptop, headset, webcam, etc.).
• Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace that is free from distractions to conduct business.
• Work remotely from the comfort of your home.
