This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Manage incoming interactions for prominent brands
• Support customers with inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product assistance
• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer service
• Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Offer schedule flexibility once certified
• Execute tasks from the assigned workspace
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Competence in following detailed processes and meeting performance standards
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in navigating computer applications and online tools
• Capability to work independently and adhere to schedules
• Previous experience in call centers or customer service is preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not mandatory
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support settings
