Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice recordings across various formats such as conversational, narrative, instructional, and more.

• Produce clear, natural, and expressive speech while maintaining control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout multiple recording sessions.

• Adhere to comprehensive recording guidelines regarding the environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as necessary.

• Supply recordings for the training and assessment of advanced text-to-speech systems.

• Permit voice recordings to be used solely for the client's internal CX AI Agent, including the possibility of voice cloning.

• Accomplish project tasks independently while maintaining a flexible schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native speaker of Latin American Spanish currently residing in Latin America.

• Possess a neutral, internationally comprehensible Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Demonstrated experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.

• Have access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Exhibit a strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional expression.

• Capable of following scripts accurately while ensuring a natural delivery.

• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project duration.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent.

• Preferred: experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Preferred: familiarity with software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.

• Preferred: ability to deliver vocal styles that are conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported.
