Vocational Trainer for E‑Commerce Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of the WBS TRAINING team, you will embody your area of expertise with enthusiasm and insight.

• Your primary focus will be on enhancing the skills of course participants.

• You will be responsible for designing and delivering lessons, acting both as an instructor and as a learning coach/support.

• Engage in subject-specific teaching from the comfort of the WBS LearnSpace 3D home office.

• Employ a range of teaching methodologies to effectively structure your instruction.

• Oversee and assist our retraining participants with their IHK-related reports and projects.

• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training or a university degree in E‑Commerce, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in E‑Commerce/online retail, especially in the areas of assortment strategy, sales and sales channels, marketing, and partnerships.

• Initial experience as a trainer, instructor, lecturer, tutor, or teacher is essential.

• Additional knowledge in areas such as legal frameworks, commercial controlling and monitoring, project-based work methods in E‑Commerce, accounting and cost performance accounting, and project management is desirable.

• Evidence of pedagogical suitability (e.g., AEVO) is required.
